Check Eligibility
Verify that your product is still in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging; for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unopened kit in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and confirms the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
